Intern, IT Support

Job Description

An intern position to support System Support Engineer managing their task to focus on providing IT and network support as well as maintaining digital assets such as laptops and tablets.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintenance of laptops, printers and other office devices.
• Maintenance of anti-virus and security practices.
• Installation and configuration of software.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of network infrastructure such as firewall, servers and Wifi.
• Able to communicate with users on support related issues.

Qualifications Requirements

Qualifications

• Windows administrative and end-user support.
• Virtual machine configuration.
• Linux software installation and configuration.
• Network support such as IP addresses, LAN/WAN and VPN.
• Technical troubleshooting skills.
• Motivated and willing to learn.
• Possesses high personal and professional integrity.
• Diploma or University degree preferred.

Working Condition

Regular working hour (10am-7pm) at Dattel Asia office in Malaysia. Respond to reasonable requests for additional hours as and when it is required in performing the responsibilities.
